System Impacted means: any individual impacted by the carceral system; but it does not mean that the individual has been arrested or sentenced to jail/prison etc. For example, children of the incarcerated, spouses, relatives, etc. are all system impacted individuals.

Tapped-In MediaWorks was created by justice-impacted individuals who created a program they wish they would have had upon reentering into society.

Founded by members of the Returning Citizens Association, and invested in by leaders in the community, this digital platform is the ultimate source of information and guidance for those navigating the complex legal justice system in America.
